Live chat provides an opportunity for you to interact with other members online – LIVE!
Look at the bottom of your screen for a light grey bar, this is the Live Chat Bar.
From here you can request a chat with other members and friends which sends them an alert that you wish to chat with them.
They can reject the request or accept it.
Once the chat window is open and you are chatting, there is an option to switch on your web-cams and start a one to one video conference!
